What does the Agile for Managers training cover?

How do I build a multidisciplinary team?

With the aid of clear and practical explanations, this one-day training course teaches you what agile working means and how agile methods like Scrum and Kanban work. You’ll also learn what a manager should do (and should not do) to benefit from agile working methods. This training course answers the key questions that any success-oriented manager should be able to answer.
