What does the Agile Scrum basic course include?
This one-day course covers all the basics for Agile Scrum. We explain the basic principles behind Agile Scrum. In addition, we use practical examples to show you ways to use Scrum in your organisation. This training is intended for anyone who wants to know how to use Scrum in a non-IT environment. The course covers the following topics:
What is the Scrum framework?
What are the different roles?
What are the duties of the:
Scrum Product Owner,
Scrum Master,
Development Team?
Our practical Agile Scrum simulation is a key component of the training. We’ll set up a Scrum project together in an imaginary company. This exercise simulates numerous situations that you’ll encounter while working on your own Scrum project. Objective of the training:
Impart basic knowledge of Agile Scrum
Explain all concepts and roles in the Scrum framework
Provide ideas and the knowledge you need in order to use Scrum in your own organisation
Note: Would you like to take a Scrum Master or Product Owner training course after completing this course? If so, we recommended signing up for Scrum Master or Product Owner training right away. This is because these courses do not require any prior knowledge, and you will otherwise get a repeat of the content you've already learned.
Times and locations
Our training courses always start at 9:30 a.m. and run until around 4.00 p.m. (with a lunch break). The courses are only held In-Company for now.
