From 9:30 a.m. to 4.00 p.m.

What does the Scrum Master training cover?
The Scrum Master manages the Scrum team. The Master is responsible for ensuring that a project runs smoothly. The Master runs the daily stand-up meetings which review the progress, upcoming activities and issues arising in the project. This two-day training course covers the following:
How to work effectively as a Scrum Master
How to overcome obstacles
How to efficiently support the Scrum Product Owner (e.g. in drafting the backlogs)
How to get teams excited about the process of agile development of products and services
The training includes simulations of numerous practical scenarios that arise in the work of a Scrum Master. These simulations also promote the internalisation of Scrum principles. All of our trainers, without exception, are experienced Scrum Masters who have experienced a great many of these situations in practice. As an option, you can also take the Scrum Master exam (PSM I) on scrum.org. If you pass, you’ll receive an officially recognised certificate.
After the training, you will receive an e-mail with a code to take the exam online one time. You may take the exam whenever suits you best.
The exam is administered in English and must be completed within a set period of time.
If you do not pass the exam, you may arrange to retake it at your own initiative on scrum.org.
Note: This course does not require any prior knowledge. Have you taken our basic course? If so, you’ll already be familiar with some of the training content.
